Terms & Condition for Take Home Whitening Procedure 

1. Clients should present with Good Oral Hygiene, healthy gums & nil decay.  A recent dental Check up with scale and polish is highly recommended (within the last 6 months).

2. This procedure is not suitable for patients with sensitive teeth, as well as for clients showing signs of worn teeth or teeth affected by acid erosion.

3. Teeth Whitening would not whiten existing crowns or white fillings. Stained composite fillings will need replacement.

4. Teeth Whitening may not work or affect some internal stains.

5. For best results follow the instructions, please be aware teeth sensitivity may result (Temporary) if the product is over used or used incorrectly.

6. As teeth sensitivity may result, clients are recommended to use certain products during the procedure to eliminate or minimize this side effect. This could be bought sperately. i.e GC mousse (Cost $40.00) and can be used after the teeth whitening procedure as well.

7. Teeth whitening kit will only be delivered after payment has been received in full and after the initial consultation and impressions are taken.

8. Tea, coffee, red wine, smoking & certain food will delay results.

9. This offer is for new and pre existing patients of the Balmoral Dental Centre.
